I was late paying rent but I had the money to them when they wanted but they still turned me in and I gotta go in to court. I have 245 bucks I gotta pay now here's the caught they took me to court for 2.08 what I was short plus they expected the money order even though it was short I payed the 2.08 and now they are trying to evicte me over 2.08 which they have. Do they have a case or not? Please comment I don't now if I should go to court or just pay the 245.00
